Our Story
After renovating a tenement flat in Edinburgh in 2017, property management company, ALTIDO Scotland, approached Erica to renovate a further six flats in the city centre. Erica’s timeless style, contagious energy and passion for original design has seen her establish INTERIOR35 in her native Highlands. INTERIOR35 excels in creating distinctive, well considered and modern interiors across the residential and commercial sectors.
Erica Macpherson was brought up in Heaste, surrounded by the majestic landscapes of the Isle of Skye. The natural environment and cultural heritage of the Highlands and Islands have influenced her design style. With a passion for sourcing antiques and vintage items, Erica can often be found trawling salvage yards, antique shops, and auction houses throughout the country.
This interior design practice has grown from strength to strength. The range of INTERIOR35’s projects across Scotland is captured on BBCALBA’s six-part TV series ‘Rùm gu Rùm. The second series will be broadcast in the autumn and filming for the third series with independent TV company MantraTV will commence later this year.
